We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

USA: 3 to 5 business days

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait: 5 to 12 business days

Canada & Australia: 7 to 14 business days

Other International Destinations: 8 to 16 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped

3. Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange under the following terms:

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Opened or used jars

Damaged bottles caused by customer mishandling

Returns due to unpaid customs/taxes in destination country

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
